His work for the local chapter’s Website garnered AIGA’s Best Web Design in 2002 and 2003. In 1999, Dung took a leap of faith and dived into his first love, illustration. More than 20 years later and going strong, his client roster of advertising, brand and editorial illustration includes Converse, Elektra Records, Playboy, Esquire, Best Life, and The New York Times. He is a regular contributor to various trade and academic publications including work for Johns Hopkins University, Harvard University, UCLA and The Norwegian Medical Association. In early 2011, after years of dabbling in photography, Dung picked up his first DSLR and has since produced a diverse body of photographic work including portraits, landscapes and food photography.
